Connector terms

Solray connector · Updated 10 September 2026

The Solray connector is operated by Bobby ehf., Iceland. These connector terms supplement the Solray account terms. They describe the connector preview and do not change an existing subscription's price or billing schedule.

What the connector provides

Solray calculates information from your saved birth chart and the sky for a requested date. Your connected AI uses that information and Solray reading guidance to write its response. Its interpretation may be incomplete or incorrect. Astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys are interpretive frameworks. This service offers reflection, not medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice.

Your account and permissions

Connect your own account and approve only the access you intend to grant. Keep your credentials private and do not attempt to access another member's data. Chart accuracy depends on the birth details you supply. Missing or uncertain data can limit the result.

Preview access and costs

Your saved chart is available through your Solray account. Current sky and reading context require an eligible Solray membership during the preview. No separate connector plan is sold through these pages. Your AI provider's account requirements, usage limits and charges apply separately.

Disconnecting the connector stops its access. To cancel a Solray membership, use the existing account cancellation process or contact support. A disconnected connector does not automatically cancel that membership.

Availability

Availability depends on your AI provider, account and settings. Claude setup opens with Solray's details prefilled; you still confirm and authorize the connection. ChatGPT currently requires preview setup. A public directory installation is not available until the listing is approved and published. Other host integrations have not been fully verified.

Help and privacy

Read the connector privacy notice before authorizing access. For help, contact support@solray.ai. Existing Solray account terms continue to apply to matters not covered here.
