Connector privacy
Solray connector · Updated 10 September 2026
This notice describes the Solray connector operated by Bobby ehf., Iceland. It supplements the Solray account policy with the data sharing you choose when connecting an AI service. For this optional connection, the sharing described here applies.
What you choose to share
You sign in to Solray and approve the permissions requested by your AI service. That service can then request your calculated natal chart, Human Design, Gene Keys, transits for a requested date and concise Solray reading guidance, according to those permissions. These personal calculations come from your saved birth details and can reveal information about your birth chart.
Solray sends these results to the service you connect, such as ChatGPT or Claude. That service writes the reading in your conversation and handles the results under its own terms, privacy policy and account settings. Review those settings before connecting.
What the connector receives
Solray receives the tool requested, any supported arguments such as a date, and the authorization needed to identify your account. The current reading tool does not request your question or conversation transcript. An older reading tool accepts a question for compatibility but does not use or store it.
The connector does not retrieve your saved Solray conversations or memories, and it does not provide them to your connected AI. Your password is entered on Solray's sign-in page and is not sent to the connected AI. Connector readings do not call an AI provider from Solray or generate audio.
Connection records and security
We store registered client details, your permission grants, connection timestamps, token hashes and usage counters to operate the connection, enforce limits and prevent unauthorized access. Our hosting services also process request metadata for service operation and security. Raw connector access tokens and authorization codes are not stored in the database.
Solray uses the shared Railway backend and database; the connector website is also served through Vercel. Data may be processed outside your country. The connected AI service separately controls its processing of the information you authorize it to receive.
Disconnecting and deleting
You can revoke a connection from Your connections. Revocation stops further access through that connection. It does not delete your Solray account, cancel your membership or erase information already received by the AI service. Manage those conversations and that service's retention settings directly with the service.
Your saved chart and account data remain available while your Solray account is active. Connection records and usage counters are stored for access management and service operation; disconnecting invalidates access rather than immediately erasing those records. To request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, email privacy@solray.ai. The account policy describes your wider rights and account deletion process.
