For help connecting your account, email support@solray.ai. Include the AI service you are using and the error message you see. Do not send your password or access tokens.

Connect to Claude

Open Claude setup with Solray's name and address filled in. Confirm in Claude, sign in to Solray and approve the permissions.

Connect to ChatGPT

Solray's public ChatGPT listing is being prepared. Until it is approved and published, use the ChatGPT preview instructions if your account supports custom connections.

Manage your connection

Open your connections to sign in, inspect approved connections or disconnect an AI service. If your chart is missing, complete your birth details in your existing Solray account first.

Privacy and membership

For personal-data requests, email privacy@solray.ai. Disconnecting does not cancel your membership. Use the existing Solray account controls or contact support for membership help.
